With the arrival of October, Fortnitemares has made its return to Fortnite. The event also brings back the LTM Horde Rush.
This mode has been popular with players in the past. In this mode, you must defeat waves of enemy Monsters before facing off against the final boss. You can also keep completing the quest list for the mode to earn Cosmetics as a reward.
However, there are many players who are not able to access this spooktacular event and get into the spirit of Halloween.

Why Is Fortnite Horde Rush Not Working?
For now, it is not possible for you to play Horde Rush in Fortnite. This is because Fortnite has currently disabled Horde Rush. The game developers are aware of the issue and have addressed it through the official Twitter handle.
Addressing the issue, they wrote, “What a fright! We’re investigating why the Horde Rush playlist is not yet available and will provide an update when it has appeared.”
For now, players can see the quests but are not able to start the mode as of yet. While the official Fortnite Status Twitter account has addressed the situation, they have not given any further information about when players can expect the Horde Rush mode to be available.
There are some player-created modes that are named Horde Rush but they are not the same as the official mode. You can check the By Epic option in the list of modes to check if the mode is active in the game.
The Horde Rush mode will be available in the game till the Fortnitemares event ends on November 3, 2023. So, players still have some time before they need to start worrying about missing out on the event.
You can stay updated about the Fortnite Status on Twitter. You can access the Horde Rush mode from the Discover tab by selecting the LTM option in Fortnite once it is activated.
