The Tivimate Error 521 means the server is down. The Tivimate app tries to connect to your IPTV playlist.

The request goes to Cloudflare, and as it tries to connect to your IPTV provider’s server, but does not receive a response. Cloudflare then sends the 521 error.

TiviMate’s Error 521 Solutions

Here are all effective ways that can be used to resolve the TiviMate error 521:

Restart the TiviMate app

  • Close the TiviMate app.
  • Restart your device
  • Connect to the Internet.
  • Open the player app again.
  • Check if TiviMate is now working.

 Update Playlist in Tivimate: 

  • Open Tivimate in your device. 
  • Go to Settings.
  • Tap on Playlists.
  • Select your playlist.
  • Choose Update.

Check Your Subscription Status: 

  • Log in to the IPTV provider’s client portal/website.
  • Verify that your subscription is active and up to date.
  • If not, then do activate it. 

Use a VPN: 

  • Get a reliable VPN that works with IPTV.
