As I mentioned above, to complete the Dr Finneus quest and complete the Ashfall Bestiary, you need to have a Volcano Bobber.
To get the Volcano bobber in Fisch, you need to obtain the Mysterious Rock in Fisch.
Notably, the Mysterious Rock can only be obtained during the Volcanic Erupts event at Roslit Bay.
If you want to get the Mysterious Rock in Fisch then you have to wait for the Volcanic Erupts event to be started at the Roslit Bay.
Once this event is live, a rock will fall from the sky and hit the volcano and the Mysterious Rock will spawn in the game.
This event is just like a Meteor event in which a meteor falls from the sky and hits the ground.
This event is random which means there is no way you can find out when this event will triggered in the game.
Once this event is triggered in Fisch, head to the Roslit Bay.
Once you are here, head to the back of the island where you can see the Mysterious Rock that just looks like a Meteor.
This rock is hard to miss you can find it at the right time.
