To feed NPCs in Grow a Garden, the first step is to unlock and use a Cooking Kit to cook food. Next, you need to equip that food and interact with the NPC to initiate a feeding mini-game where you hold the interaction button to fill their friendship meter.

You must cook meals to feed most NPCs, as they require specific food items rather than raw crops to increase your friendship level and unlock new items.

Step-by-Step Guide

Unlock a Cooking Kit:
Open your backpack and find the Garden Guide.
Click on the Achievements tab to view your progress.
Complete any tier of Achievements to earn a Cooking Kit.

Cook Meals:

Place the Cooking Kit on your farm.
It can even be set in your inventory.
Use the Cooking Kit to combine ingredients to create meals, such as a Smoothie.
