You can visit third party websites or EA’s official website or social media channels for server status updates.
If the servers are down, you may need to wait until they are back online.
Check Your Internet Connection:

Error 721 can occur if there are issues with your internet connection.
Make sure you’re connected to the internet and that your connection is stable.
You can try restarting your modem/router or switching to a different network to see if that resolves the issue.
Additionally, If you are using a VPN, try disabling it as it might interfere with your connection to EA servers.
Change DNS Settings:
Switching to a public DNS, like Google’s DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4), can sometimes resolve these types of errors.
To do so:
- Go to the network settings on your PC.Â
- You can search for it if you don’t know the location ‘Network & Internet settings’.
- Click on ‘Change adapter options’.Â
- This will open a window with a list of your network connections.
- Right-click on the network you are using (either Wi-Fi or Ethernet) and select ‘Properties’.
