When you get there, you need to find a Colosseum Wall. Once found, you will see an NPC standing outside of it.
The name of that NPC is Dragon Claw. When you interact with the Dragon Claw, he will ask you to kill the Sabo Boss.
To do so, you need to get inside the Colosseum and begin the raid. To start the Colosseum raid in One Fruit Simulator, you need to talk to the Wave Raid NPC. When you do so, you will be asked to give a Colosseum Ticket.
For the unversed, the Colosseum Ticket in One Fruit Simulator can be obtained by killing NPCs in the Colosseum.
After obtaining a Colosseum Ticket, talk to the Wave Raid NPC and begin the Colosseum Raid in One Fruit Simulator.
Unlike other raids in the game, the Colosseum Raid is pretty hard to complete. If you are doing it for the first time, I recommend increasing every stat to 36,000.
Apart from this, you must complete this raid with better allies. Notably, while doing this raid with allies, you both must have a Colosseum Ticket to get the raid started.
