Log out/Login to Dazn Account
- Sign out of your Dazn Account
- Shut Down Your TV
- Restart your TV
- Open Dazn and Log in again
Check Server Status
- Check to Dazn server status.
- Check Dazn server status on Downdetector.
- It can also be checked on its official site.
- If the server is down or under maintenance you need to wait for a few hours.

Check Internet Connection
- Check if you have a stable internet connection.
- Carry out a Speed Test

- Contact your service provider.
- Disable your VPN if using one.
- If you are using Wifi then try turning your router off and then on.

Update Danz
If your Danz app has not been updated then NFL Redzone will not work seamlessly on Dazn. Updating the app will fix the bugs and the app will work smoothly.
From your TV Home screen, scroll down to Apps. Select the Google Play Store app. Search for DAZN.
Select the DAZN app, and if there is an update available click on it. The app will soon be updated.
Force Close Dazn

- To Force close the DAZN app.
- Go to your settings
- Open ‘Apps’ and select the DAZN app
- Select ‘Force stop’
- Restart the app.
Cache Overloaded

To clear the Dazn cache file go to Settings > Apps > Manage Apps > Clear Data > Clear Cache.
