Two ways can be used to obtain Cyberwares in Sakura Stand. One is killing Jotaro boss and the second is collecting new loot boxes.
When you kill Jotaro in Sakura Stand, there is a 0.7% chance that you will get Cyberware as a loot box drop. Besides killing Jotaro, you need to collect new loot boxes they have a 7% chance to get you one of four pieces of Cyberwares.
Regardless of what method you choose, you will have to spend a lot of time collecting 4 Cyberwares. Once you have collected 4 Cyberwares, head to N4Animation NPC.
Before you go and interact with the N4Animation NPC, make sure you are standless because if you have a Stand, he will not entertain you.
After meeting these two requirements, go and talk to N4Animation. When you do so, he will give you a quest. Upon completing that quest, you will be given Sandevistan in Sakura Stand.
