Check Network Connections

- Carry out a Speed Test

Your firewall may have blocked ctet.nic.in. Temporarily disable your anti-virus or firewall running in the background. Try adding ctet into the trusted sites’ set.
- Locate the Windows Firewall icon from the taskbar’
- Click on it to open.
- Select Firewall and Network protection here.
- Click open Public
- As soon as the Windows Firewall option is visible
- Turn it off
