For iPhones: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to access the app switcher, then swipe the CSCPay app’s preview card upwards to close it.
Once you have closed the CSCPay app, navigate back to your device’s home screen and locate the app icon.
Tap on the icon to reopen the app.
Check Internet and Bluetooth Connection:
The app communicates with washers or dryers via Bluetooth.
Make sure that your Bluetooth is turned on and within the coverage range.
Make sure that your device has a stable internet connection, either through Wi-Fi or mobile data.
