Some of these quests will reward you with exclusive items that you can use to progress further in the storyline.

In Ninja Time, there is a quest called Friends Quest that you can complete to obtain the Mangekyo Sharingan ability.
This is an advanced version of the normal Sharingan ability that you can use in the game. If you want to complete this quest and get the Mangekyo Sharingan ability, you are at the right place.

Completing Friend Quest In Ninja Time
To get the Mangekyo Sharingan ability in Ninja Time, you need to go to the Uchiha Village.
To get to the Uchiha Village, you need to exit the Leaf Village from the gate on the riverside.
Once you exit from the Leaf Village, go straight and then take a left turn.

Now, go straight and you will see the Uchiha Village from the distance.
Enter inside this village and take a right turn then take a left turn and go straight.
Here, you will see the round Uchiha Police or Prison building.
Go inside this building and go all the way until you reach the person sells location.
Now, you will find the NPC named Renegade Prisoner NPC. Talk to him and he will give you a Friend Quest.
To get the quest from this NPC, you need to have Level 20 and Sharingan with Level 15.

Once you talk to the Renegade Prisoner NPC to complete all the requirements, he will give you Friend Quest.
To complete this quest, you need to kill 5 Friends. To do so, you need to kill 5 players that are in your friend list or kill the same player 5 times.
Once you complete this task, it will ask you to interact with the stone.
To find the stone, you need to head to the Temple-like building at the Uchiha Village.

Once you find the building, go inside and here you will find some squares on the table.
These are the hidden entrances to the basement where the stone is located.
To go to the basement area, jump on the 3rd square.
This will lead you directly to the basement. Once you are here, look around and find the stone.
Once you find the stone, interact with it and the Friend Quest will be completed and you will get Mangekyo Sharingan.
