To get Regular and Legendary Haki color in Blox Fruits, you must have enough Fragments. Once you have enough Fragments, go and find Master of Auras.
Once found, talk to the Master of Auras and purchase the desired Regular and Legendary Haki color for 1,500 and 7,500 Fragments, respectively.
Unfortunately, the Master of Auras spawns in a couple of areas in the second and third sea of Blox Fruits.
Secret Haki colors, on the other hand, can be obtained by completing quests. Unlike Regular and Legendary Haki color, Secret color Haki can’t be purchased from the Master of Auras.

Since The Master of Auras does not spawn in the first sea, you can’t buy Haki color in the first sea of Blox Fruits. Notably, you can’t get Haki color but you can change Haki in the first sea of Blox Fruits.
To change Haki color in Blox Fruits first sea, you need to go to the Frozen Island and then talk to the Color Specialist NPC. Now, choose the color of Haki you want and then click on Enable Color.
