Hard Refresh 

For browsers, all you need to do is press Ctrl + F5 for Windows. For Mac, do Cmd + Shift + R  to hard-refresh the page. 

Clear Cache

Chrome :

GPT-5 is available to all users; however, paid subscribers gain much higher usage limits and advanced versions of the model. Free users will eventually switch to GPT-5 Mini once they reach their usage limits.
