Notably, the exact amount of Bloxburg acquision is yet to be revealed. Evanbear1 who broke the news on Twitter has also revealed that the game $37 Million in the year 2021 and 2022 combined.

Evanbear1 took to Twitter and informed people that the game’s trademark is registered by a Company called Coffee Stain, which was also acquired by a Sweden based company way back in 2018.

Currently, Coffee Stain is a small company has no intention to grow rapidly. For the unversed, Coffee Stain have multiple games like Goat Simulator 2, Valehim, Midnight, Ghost Hunt and other games published.

If the news of Bloxburg acquision turns out true, Coffee Stain will make their debut on Roblox.

According to media reports, Bloxburg has been acquired by a Swedish video game and media holding company named Embracer Group.

For those unaware, Embrace Group does have twelve seprate group as its direct subsidiaries -Amplifier Game Invest, Asmodee, CDE Entertainment, Coffee Stain Holding, Dark Horse Media, DECA Games, Easybrain, Embracer Freemode, Gearbox Entertainment, Plaion, Saber Interactive, and THQ Nordic.

Apart from these, Embrace Group owns multiple popular games such as Tomb Raider and Borderlands.

According to a Twitter user, the game Bloxburg was sold for having too less number of developer in the team for a massively popular game.

The owner of Bloxburg Coeptus (who does not want his real identity to be revealed) revealed that he was a University student in the year 2018 and that a larger company such as Coffee Stain is ideal for expanding the game further and bringing in more regular updates.
