First Sea
If your level is below 700 and wish to find Death King in the first sea of Blox Fruits, you need to go to the Middle Town. When you get there, you will find the Death King near the fountain area.

If your level is above 700 and wish to find the Death King in the second sea then you can find him in the Cafe, which is located in the Kingdom of Rose Island.
