Since both methods are very different from one another, we will explain both the methods separately:
Method 1: Use VPN
If your screen turns black and Arceus X is not opening, you will have to use the following methods to get the problem resolved.
- First, close Arceus X (Make sure it is not running in the background).
- Once closed, go to Play Store and download a VPN. (I advise you to download 1.1.1.1 VPN).
- Once downloaded, install it and connect it to a different country.
- Once connected, launch Roblox Arceus X and check if the issue is resolved.

Method 2: Clear Data & Cache
To clear the data and cache of Roblox Arceus X, follow the steps mentioned below:
- First, tap and hold on to the Arceus X app.
- Tap on the ‘App Info’ option.
- Tap on the Battery Server and select ‘No Restrictions’.
- Once done, go back and tap on the Clear Data.
- Once you have successfully cleared Data, launch Roblox Arceus X and see if the error remains.
