Autopay Not Showing In Google Pay

Are you encountering the Autopay not showing in Google Pay problem? If your answer is YES, you are in the right place.

For the unversed, Google Pay is a UPI payment app that allows users to make transactions, send or receive money from one account to another, pay bills, and more.

However, every bank or UPI app like Google Pay, Paytm, Phonepe, and more has one feature called autopay.

Autopay is a feature that allows users to make recurring payments without manual interference.

For example, if you need to pay your EMI or Loan every month on a certain date then you can use the autopay feature to set the payment automatically.

Once it is set up, the app will automatically pay for the EMI or Loan on the selected date. This will prevent users from penalties and dues.

However, some Google Pay users are encountering issues with the autopay features and reported the “Autopay not showing in Google Pay” problem.

If you are facing the same problem then look no further as we got you covered.

Autopay Not Showing In Google Pay Solutions

Below we have mentioned some troubleshooting methods to help you fix the Autopay not showing in the Google Pay problem.

Wait for 24 Hours

On Google Pay, the request for the autopay will appear after 24 hours.

If you have just scheduled the autopayment, you have to wait for the request to appear in your live mandates. It happens because processing of autopayment take some time.

Check Mandates

If you have waited 24 hours or more after requesting the autopay on the Google Pay app then you should check the mandate status and make sure the request is not pending.

To check the mandate status, open the Google Pay app and tap on the Profile at the top.

Under the profile, select Autopay. Here you can find three mandates Active, Pending, and Completed.

Go to the Pending Mandates tab and check if the autopayment request is pending.

If the request is pending, you have to tap on it and provide all the required authorizations to complete the request.

Resume Autopay

It is possible that the autopayment you are looking for is paused and not active at the moment.

In that case, you can fix your problem by resuming the autopay. To do so use the following steps:

  • First, open the Google Pay app on your device.
  • Tap on the Profile icon at the top.
  • From the profile menu, select Autopay
  • Here, choose the membership or payment you want to resume.
  • Next, select Resume Autopay
  • Enter the UPI PIN and you are good to go.
  • That’s it.
