Once you have it unlocked, go there and talk to Adventurer Gomu. When you do so, he will give quests asking you to collect Magic Spirit and Golden Spirit.

Once you are done completing the Magic Spirit quest, go back to the Adventure Gomu. When you do so, he will give you another quest asking you to catch one Golden Spirit.
