Before you start collecting the Tix in Arsenal, simply click on the banner at the bottom of the main menu. Then create your lobby or join a lobby created by your friend.
Once you are in the lobby, you can start collecting the Tix on a vast map.

To get the first Tix in the game, leave the area where you have spawned and head to the town square filled with Noobs.
Once you are here, make your way to a tall fence. On the right side of the fence, enter into the second door and you will get TIX inside.

Once you get the first Tix, go to the subway. Now head to the left side of the platform until you reach the left turn.
Once you are here head onto the tracks at right and you will find the Tix in the end carriage of the train.

Now, get out of the subway and you will find a leaning pipe as you walk through the street.
Climb up to the pipe and then the surrounding building to reach the balcony at the top where you will get Tix.

You need to climb up to that hole by walking through the edges.

Next, head to the Lab room in the same building and kill all the noobs you see.
Now, use the green container to teleport to the next room with Tix.

Now, go to the area with red boxes, and at the left try to enter the wall and you will get Tix in this hidden location.

Next, head to the area with the colored bridges and use the Rocket Jump to get on the bridge.
Go towards the left and go around to the other side. Now look down and you will see the Tix.
Jump on the bridge behind Tix. Now climb up to the ledges and go right to get the Tix.

To get the ninth Tix head to Warehouse and find the way to the equipment rack.
Once you are in the equipment rack area use the box at the left to climb up.

The last and tenth Tix is in the Obby Room where go up and stand on the red button and then fall into the blue cube on the ground.
