Currently, there is only one Special Star located in the game that you can get and use.
Just like any other Shooting Stars in Adopt Me, this Special Star is located in a specific location on the map.
If you want to get this Special Star in Adopt Me then you need to go to the Beach Area.
Once you are at the Beach Area, you need to head to the Bridge.
In Adopt Me, there is a wooden bridge at the beach area behind the Beach Shop board.
Go to this location and this is where you can find the Special Star.

So, go there and collect the Special Item as well as all other Shooting Stars for Day 8 and complete the task.
