Adobe Creative Cloud Not Opening- Fixes
Sign Out/Sign In
The first and foremost step to solve the issue is to Sign out of Creative Cloud and then sign back in. This resets the account information and may solve the issue.
- Open the Creative Cloud desktop app.
- Click on the account icon and select Sign Out.
- Once you are signed out, wait a few minutes and sign in to the Creative Cloud app.
Update Creative Cloud
Updating the app removes minor bugs and the app works as new.
- Open the app, go to the Apps tab,
- Next, select Updates and tap on Check for updates.
- If you see an update pending then tap on Update.
- The app will be updated.
Update Windows
After updating the app if the Adobe Creative Cloud not opening issue is not resolved then you need to update Windows.
- Press the Windows Key.
- Go to Settings.
- Click on Update and Security.
- Select Windows Update.
- Tap on Check for updates.
- If any update is pending tap on install.
- Issues with Adobe Creative Cloud are usually resolved after updating Windows to the latest version.
Delete Contents Of OOBE Folder
Try deleting the contents of the OOBE(Out of Box Experience) folder to solve the issue.
- To quit the app press Ctrl + W on a Windows PC.
- For macOS users press Cmd + Q.
- Open File and go to C:>Users>[user folder]>AppData>Local>Adobe>OOBE.
- Delete all the files in the OOBE folder but do not delete the folder.
- Restart the PC.
